Equipment Overview:

HDT series A type electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine is mainly used to test the static and dynamic mechanical properties of metal, non-metal materials and parts, elastomers, shock absorbers。It can realize tensile, compression, bending, tensile, compression and tension and other mechanical tests, but also can realize high cycle fatigue, low cycle fatigue, crack growth, fracture mechanics and other tests, to achieve sine wave, triangular wave, square wave and other waveform output。The configuration of high temperature furnace, high and low temperature chamber and corrosion chamber can realize the mechanical test in different environments。


Performance characteristics:

  • The actuator is placed on the top and the T-type is placed under the bottom to form a closed frame structure, which has large rigidity, no reverse clearance and good stability.

  • The actuator adopts bidirectional acting cylinder design, and the T-table can be installed with hydraulic fixtures, and various parts and structural parts can also be installed.

  • Moving beam lifting, locking, sample clamping are operated by the button, flexible and convenient。
